So you're a knitter? And you like Firefly?

You've made Jayne hats for everyone you know?

There's a new (well, new to me) set of Firefly knits out on the internet. On Blogspot, you can find a series of cable scarves named, mostly, after Firefly planets. (I'm casting on for Shadow tonight and I'll be knitting my dad Osiris for Christmas next year.)

You always did want to learn to cable, didn't you?

(My plug: Burn Notice is freaking AWESOME. I am learning how to make C4 in a kitchen in 20 minutes.)

All in favor of getting our plans together in a coherent fashion that we may distribute pamphlets (or at the very least pass it down to future Double Starrers)?

..pamphlets would be funny? :D?

Since in our weekly meetings, people keep bringing up titles of books that people should read, I think we should perhaps have a post dedicated to this. Or maybe several posts.

I start by offering my "I don't care who you are and if you've only read sports fiction until now" recommendation: Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere.
